Writing kung-fu
Getting beaten up by words
When did I start writing?
How did I start writing?
Why did I start writing?
Who did I start writing?
Nobody can answer all the questions. Maybe God could, but I feel like he left me long time ago, when I started writing my thesis.
I understood that I was alone. Alone in a world full of uncertain sources, forbidden books, deep dark web articles. At the moment I gave up. There was nothing that could make me get out of my bed, stop me from staring at the raindrops running down the window in a pointless race to the bottom of existence. But then I saw a light. My mentor dug me out of this swamp of thoughts. And we've came up with a plan.
We've created a spine to work around.
A few main points I wanted to write about - but we had to come up with nicknames, so no one could recognise my boys. We named them "Chapters".
In each Chapter I placed a few main thoughts, questions to answer. We called these boys "subsections".
Later on we started to shuffle the boys around discussing in what order should they go. The idea was simple - from the general to the specific. Main idea then examples. Main question, some anwers from our trusted sources, then my answers. The origin of the matter, holistic view at the matter, examples from a few different locations, comparison.
With this strategy, I can run my boys safely around the city.
